Topper's Pizza - Lively

" Despite various issues I've faced in the past, I returned to give Topper's another chance. I think they’ve improved a little. The pizza still wasn't the best I’ve had, but I've seen worse! The crust was better this time and I enjoyed the pepperoni and how they added some fresh peppers. The service was polite and efficient which definitely made up for it a little.
